On behalf of the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC), we would like to invite you to attend in FAPAC’s 23rd Annual National Leadership Training Conference from June 23-27, 2008, at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, 333 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.The theme for this year’s conference is “Leadership, Diversity and Harmony – Gateway to Success”. This conference is a great opportunity for professional and personal development through workshops and plenary sessions, including FAPAC’s Annual Congressional Seminar, and exhibits. There will be a Career Forum for high school and college students interested in a military and civilian career in the Federal government. Other workshop will be on leadership and communication skills, team building and managing for change. Also the EEOC Chair will be attending the conference to discuss the study results of the study on APA. The Career Forum for high school and college students interested in a military and civilian career in the Federal government. Welcome all Asian Pacific American in high school, college and graduated school come to join the job fair on June, 26. Students can register free for the Career Forum through Asiabcinc.com or EchinaE.com before June, 10, 2008. A free lunch will also be provided for those registered student through Asia Business Center or EchinaE.com. (The admission fee by registering at site is $125 per person.) The student under 17 years-old need to get parents' permission to attend the job fair.

Hundreds of Asian Pacific American executives, managers, and employees from the Federal, States, Cities and DC governments nationwide will attend the 23rd annual FAPAC conference at New York. Through our network of local chapters FAPAC reach out across the nation while the National chapter focuses on maintaining strategic partnerships and coalitions at top levels in Washington, D.C. FAPAC is a founding member of the National Coalition for Equity in Public Service (NCEPS) that includes Blacks in Government (BIG), Federally Employed Women (FEW), and Hispanic National Image. In addition, FAPAC also form partner with similar organizations and Federal agencies on special training initiatives. FAPAC is an education based IRC 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization.
